Recently, I've been fighting a sinus infection. The cold weather and my stuffy head have really put a damper on my mood and creativity. Usually, I feel upbeat and ambitious inside and outside of my home. This last month has not been the case...
So I thought I'd share my recipe for the easiest, quickest treat for a chilly day.

What you need:
- 1 Roll of Crescent Rolls
- Cinnamon
- Sugar
- Brown Sugar
- Butter
- Cream Cheese
- Vanilla
1. Add a layer of brown sugar to the bottom of whatever pan you are using.
2. Unravel the crescents and roll them out a little to make a more unified dough.
3. Add a generous layer of cinnamon and sugar on top of the crescent rectangle and then roll the crescents into a tube shape.
4. Cut the crescent tube into small sections and place on top of the brown sugar bottom.

5. Glaze the tops with melted butter and pop them in the oven at 375°F for about 20 minutes or until golden.
6. After they are out of the oven, add a cream cheese icing on top (cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla.)
7. Serve them up with some coffee and enjoy!

Now back to bed...
