The BEST banana bread recipe from one of my best friends, Savannah Stauffer.
It turns out perfectly every time and it's great plain or with chocolate chips!

As every banana bread baker knows, when it comes to bananas, the more overripe the better.

Recipe:
1 Stick of butter
1 C. Sugar
2 Eggs beaten
4 Bananas
1 ½ C. Flour
1 t. Baking Soda
½ t. Salt
½ t. Vanilla

Preheat the oven to 350ºF
1. Cream the butter and sugar together
2. Add eggs and banana and combine well. I usually mash up the bananas with a fork before hand.
3. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to cream mixture.
4. Add vanilla (and chocolate chips, if ya want)
5. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake for around 60 min, or until you can poke the middle and it comes out clean.

Enjoy!
